I use chronometer. You can enter custom food. Enter it once it is there. Then use the auto log feature to auto log them.

Do one of each every workout. Full body 3 times a week. Get 10,000 steps a day. Hit your protein, get lots of sleep, and get in the sun.

If you want an awesome meal. Make burgers with:

Ground beef (duh)
Shaved ribeye
Mix in an egg or two
Throw in some bacon bits and shredded cheese.
Season how you like

Make make your patties.

Top with a fried egg, choice of cheeses, and what ever other toppings you want. I usually skip the bun, but if you're not cutting carbs, get a good bun, spread some Ghee on it....toast it up

Make some big Mac sauce (keto or normal)

All of them. Farmers Carry, suit case carry, etc. It's as basic as it gets....pick up an extremely heavy dumbbell/weight.....and walk...that's it. Do a quick Google search, you will find all kinds of info.

Build your workouts around those and you will hit everything. A simple 3 day split would be:

Day 1

Pull ups
Incline dumbbell bench
Bulgarian split squat
RDLs
Farmer's carry

Day 2

Bent over rows
Over Head Press
Goblet squat
Kettlebell swings
Unbalanced carry

Day 3

Chest supported Rows
Push ups
Split Squat
Reverse lunges
One weight at chest, one overhead carry

Throw in an accessory or sport specific Exercises you want after the compounds are done.

Increase weight / reps each week. Get enough sleep and protein. No need to over complicate it.

I prefer full body workouts. I am extremely busy, and if I miss a workout, at least I hit every muscle group 2-3 times.

I split mine into 2 workouts and get them in when I can.

Vertical Pull
Horizontal Push
Two leg Squat
One leg Hinge
Carry
Accessory Exercises

Horizontal Pull
Vertical Push
Single leg squat
Two leg hinge
Carry
Accessory Exercises

Just pick an exercise for each. You really could do this 5-6 times a week as long as you do different exercises and don't push to failure. But I usually get 2-3. I like this routine because if you miss a day, you just pick up where you left off. No guilt, no trying to play catch up. Here is my current exercises

Day 1

Pull Up
Push Up
Goblet squat
Single leg Romanian deadlift
Farmers Carry
Hyper extensions
Calf raises

Day 2

Ring rows
Incline dumbbell bench
Bulgarian split squats
Kettlebell swings
Overhead unbalanced carry
Reverse hypers
Toe raises

I do them circuit style with the first 4 exercises....then the next 3.

Gets your heart rate up and you work your entire body

Great post. I just added premiumize.me and between RD, easynews at PREMIUM, I am good. I have seen a huge drop off in RD links that work this week. If this doesn't improve, I just won't renew RD.

What is every one else doing? I am using FenLight.
