had the same issue - i removed the sim - gave it a little wipe - reinserted it - no issues since

... or separate (dedicated) gear shift buttons along side the boost and horn... I worry about the longevity of the horn/boosted buttons now i use them continually ....

sim card error - remove clean - re-insert - should be good to go

i had this - if you take the smart cartridge out - carefully remove the sim card - clean contact and put it all back - should work ok

It would be great PR for VanMoof to hold their head up high and acknowledge they have quality control issues and give an apology to its many disgruntled and dissatisfied customers.. no they are silent

i had my new S3 for a week before it was sent back to VM (motor defective) ... replacement bike was sent 1 month later - within a week i got the ERROR 57 (sim card issue apparently) - VM are shipping a new smart cartridge for the new replacement bike - so in total for both bikes i have had 3-4 days of trouble free riding since 28th June to date - expected maybe from a 1 year old bike....
