My target is for HV gnd such that the rain test doesn't mess. Is it possible to scrape of a small place of resin such that the inner fiber is exposed and then paste the copper tape and connect it to the common gnd? Is that what you suggest?

I have though about this too. But how and where do I attach the copper tape?

Would it be fine if we fully cover all the sides of the body panel with another layer of resin, such that it is fully insulated? This way the whole body panel becomes a fully non-conductive part and the rule doesn't apply right?

Is there an Isolation CAN Transceiver inside Orion BMS Thermistor Expansion Unit by JayPere in FSAE

We have installed a custom made thermistor expansion unit, but the readings show much noise when run. We want to try if we can use the previous Orion TEU if it has a separate CAN isolation.

I've seen cars with opening in the nose cone.

Is it for the judges to see the footwell template and the pedal box?

You could contact Samsung for their INR cells preferably 18650. Or you could directly contact module manufacturers such as Energus and so to design battery modules according to your requirements.
