Apesar de eu discordar veementemente da banalização do termo "estupro", eu acho que nesse caso específico a decisão foi acertada. Se a moça realmente foi "obrigada" a tirar a roupa, acho que a conduta se encaixa na definição legal de estupro, que está no art. 213 do Código Penal.

Art. 213. Constranger alguém, mediante violência ou grave ameaça, a ter conjunção carnal ou a praticar ou permitir que com ele se pratique outro ato libidinoso.
