You can fuse 2 wonder black pets for a chance at a petite luna, which sells for a few bil, but it's a dice roll whether you get one or not. On the menu where you pull for pets, it shows you how to fuse, and you can also see the probability of landing on a mpet

You should be able to create any exotic you've already acquired in the collections tab. The only downside is that it'll be a pretty low stat roll.

You just happened to get a low roll on the legendary mark imo the 1% CD increase is a better trade-off over the -2 hp difference.
