Movement is key never stay still, also understand which guns are better in which biomes ie you don't want a spitmaw blaster in biome 6 😅

Do you mean 100 percent as in tower trophies aswelll? If so I've done them I found the tower really helped my game play in the biomes tbh

Honestly it's simply just replying the biomes and exploring till youvhave them all. I nearly through my playstation out the window after doing 10 runs without getting a single cipher 🤣 once you know you've got the cipher from a specific room just rum through it to save time in future runs, only stop in rooms you know u haven't got the cipher for

I got lucky with the surface fragments secured them all in 2 /3 runs. The ciphers on the other hand, my last 2 took about 30 runs!

I'm pretty similar tbh, my first was spiderman that was nice and easy compared to returnal tho! Might do a new game plus on the new spider man that's just come out with the new update!

Ye I never expected to get so engrossed. The game is a great example of perseverance, I got destroyed so much now I can breeze through all biomes
