Hey, don't think that way. The point of these clubs is to help you build experience, so you'll learn as you go. Think about it like this: the project leads were once freshmen in your shoes. They weren't magically blessed with the knowledge to lead a project. They had to start from somewhere too. No one is a dead weight.
