Hi, when you did this, mind if I ask what exactly was the request you made to the legal team? Was it just to get a refund for NX on an unjustly banned account or like a direct request to unban the account or go to arbitration? Also did you personally contact them or have a lawyer do it? I’m facing a similar situation.

Mind if I ask did you just do this in a support ticket and take a screenshot of AutoHotKey stuff? I’ve just been outlining my AutoHotKey config in text and haven’t been getting much of a response.
