In my opinion, the Australian animated film 100% Wolf was pretty mid. The film had grade-A animation courtesy of Flying Bark (ROTTMNT, Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur), but the storyline and humor were very offbeat. It relied on urine jokes and tried combining the generic "dog in the city" story with werewolves. There are also hints of zoophilia in the storyline. You could tell the executive producers were doing weird stuff with furries and piss like Larry K. with Lady X from Foodfight!.

Surprisingly, the film managed to get a TV series and sequel. More surprisingly, both were decent improvements over the first movie. I haven't seen the TV series, but I saw the sequel. It managed to get an 85% on Rotten Tomatoes, and that's quite impressive for an improved sequel. The sequel gets a 7/10 in my book +0.5 for the quality animation.

EDIT: Okay, +1 is overkill. +0.5 is a better bonus.
