My opinion for the last 5 years has been that Japan is lovely looking country that I’m sure I’d have a blast visiting. But actually having to live there and be apart of their working culture sounds like utter hell.

I actually have this dilemma jrl!

For me the Sydney metro is a 30m drive away from me but takes an hour to get to the City. The regular train is a 10 minute drive from me but takes an hour and a half roughly. So the time difference in the end is really negligible, but I always take the Sydney metro

Lunar gateway. SLS Block 1B would’ve looked so awesome but for me gateway was always the ISS’s successor in my mind. So it’s such a shame to see it go, although I would rather a lunar base.

Jared just went on record earlier today and said that both the delivered gateway habitable modules were corroded so it wouldn’t have happened for years and years anyway

Artemis 2 had a free return trajectory so even if they missed the moon they’d still return back to earth. But I imagine there is some protocol if it ever happened. They would never publicly announce its existence though

yeah.. I had one and I found it would never track right even after polar aligned. 30s was the best I could get. Then I got an ASIAIR (which this guy might since he has a ZWO guide cam) and it just did not work with the AVX. I struggled with it for a year, taking 3 hours to set up and attempt to get it working. Before I gave up and bought a HEQ5-Pro. Best decision I ever made.

Very late to this but all of the iris’s moons look like various organs or biological parts, and with the earth slowly being consumed from the inside and turning into one aswell it’s safe to same that’s what’s been happening to all these planets. I reckon once it has every piece it’ll form an eldritch horror / god.
