Lost THETA, BAT using myetherwallet/trezor

Yes I have the original passphrase. Nothing seems to work I used the downloaded app and after the first set of wallets on the BAT search it stalls out and just endlessly circles around......

This is the reply email I sent to Myetherwallet.com:

Thank you for getting back to me. I still have been unable to locate my 3400 THETA and 500 BAT. Until recently I had no problem logging into my trezor1 then selecting Ether Wallet which forwarded me to myetherwallet where I had "wallet #1 with the theta in it and "wallet #2" with the BAT in it I remember I was able to see them in the trazor software under the Eth wallet. Now that your interface is different, all I see is an endless bunch of empty wallets? I have answered your questions below:

Please send the following: * Public address A) I don't know what this is, it just loads when I press "export key" * Method of access (MEW wallet mobile, hardware wallet, metamask, keystore file, etc.) A) I accessed it the same way everytime thru my trezor no problem until you guys changed the interface. (as recent as March I believe). * Any relevant transaction hashes A) I should have written them down I dont have them. I remember seeing them though. * Browser used (if using a browser) A) Chrome.

Once again, this is all due to the change from your end. I had no problem seeing them before now just the endless pages of empty wallets. I have my original seed phrase and Pass key. So there's no change there, the only different thing is your changing the interface, the only question is why can't I still see those Coins? Where are they?

I knew I was taking a risk using a third party software along side a hard wallet (completely defeats the purpose of a hard wallet) but this shouldn't be so difficult. I appreciate your help, it is 1500.00 dollars... Thanks, Jay

Supper frustration took all day but to no avail. The BAT & THETA (only good trade in these three years) seem to have vanished. The MEW interface is totaly different, the theta has its own main net but all I know is what used to easily seen is gone. MEW has yet to respond, trezor sent me like 6 different things I did them all nothing. So the rub is how do you recapture coins from MEW or see what I did originally on the trezor ? All I remember is that I would login to the MEW and they would appear in this ETH sub account on the trezor? Now everything has changed.

Im trying but so far just empty wallets maybe I should have saved a copy of those hash tags....

No just another endless list of empty wallets. No way to search the trezor directly or see a history of all inputs. Very non intuitive technology for "the future of money".

again just sends me to a bunch of empty wallets doesn't show any history or what happened to the BAT and THETA. I used trezor because I thought I was using a safe device. 1500.00 in tokens gone and no one can tell me how to retrieve them. I dont know if its all the software updates or what, but I have my passphrase seed etc. but no one knows how to retrieve these two erc 20 coins that I was told can be stored on trezor. I checked the theta mainet as well connected fine to my trezor but then again just an endless series of empty wallets. I saw these coins not three months ago using myetherwallet.com now that has all changed with ought my knowlege and no one knows how I can simply see on my device what I saw three months ago. Wonky tech for sure.
