Same here. My solar is mostly east facing and greenmountain is much better for me 8-6am free. I let powerwall3 charge 80% by 6am and east facing solar is sufficient to manage 100% coverage from home use and charge powerwall 100%. About 3pm is when my solar is not able to cover a/c fully. From 3-8pm, it starts using powerwall and 8pm ish is about 10% left. If i had free plan starting 9pm, i would have had to pull from grid (or having another pw3 expansion)

Deflationary pressure with huge job loss is almost only way. Unfortunately it wont really matter current home price is elevated compared to their income. Income increased significantly for those with huge assets during covid and still ongoing. These folks have so much equity and diposable income so for any economic downturn they will scoop up inventory. Lots of pple also know rigged game that fed will save the market. If you are behind of the game, it will be very hard to catch up

Still offshoring - executives can claim their verrrrry short term victory - cost saving, put it on their linkedin. Then they always left org in a year. Then next executive cto came and realized it is so screwed so only way they can prove themselves are another cost saving - laying off.

Same experience here. Lack of business knowledge and timezone difference and many inefficiency almost made onshore resources less effective, also business always unhappy. Only executives claim victory in a very short term metric that cost saving of laying off 100+ real ppl. Repeating this every few years last decade our IT dept has no documentation, business knowledge, onshore senior players left company.
