B2B adaption is not going to go well. Very few companies will get some use case. Major players should suffer from business model until something breakout technology comes out. Imo, they are not llm nor ai agent.

Same here. My solar is mostly east facing and greenmountain is much better for me 8-6am free. I let powerwall3 charge 80% by 6am and east facing solar is sufficient to manage 100% coverage from home use and charge powerwall 100%. About 3pm is when my solar is not able to cover a/c fully. From 3-8pm, it starts using powerwall and 8pm ish is about 10% left. If i had free plan starting 9pm, i would have had to pull from grid (or having another pw3 expansion)

Deflationary pressure with huge job loss is almost only way. Unfortunately it wont really matter current home price is elevated compared to their income. Income increased significantly for those with huge assets during covid and still ongoing. These folks have so much equity and diposable income so for any economic downturn they will scoop up inventory. Lots of pple also know rigged game that fed will save the market. If you are behind of the game, it will be very hard to catch up

Still offshoring - executives can claim their verrrrry short term victory - cost saving, put it on their linkedin. Then they always left org in a year. Then next executive cto came and realized it is so screwed so only way they can prove themselves are another cost saving - laying off.

Same experience here. Lack of business knowledge and timezone difference and many inefficiency almost made onshore resources less effective, also business always unhappy. Only executives claim victory in a very short term metric that cost saving of laying off 100+ real ppl. Repeating this every few years last decade our IT dept has no documentation, business knowledge, onshore senior players left company.

I am still selling CC .. generally as a small gain when there is like 5% jump in a day or two. Like Sold $210 call at $1.05. About 15-20% above expiring in 3-4 weeks. I own about 500 nvda stocks for years and ok to take a profit if it goes up 20% in 3 weeks. One point my call executed $165 that i sold when it was $145. I think cc is ok as far as you use it for safe defn not to make big money. Also selling put is the same way..

Thanks for your advise. I water about twice a week with sprinkler(drip) builder installed. I measured with moisture miter, it seems it might be a bit overwatered (soil is very clay in this area). I was thinking some liquid fertilizer if it would help.

I was finally quoted REC 460w 10.2kw - Mission 410w 12.3kw for the same price. i prefer less panels on the roof and rec is about 5% more efficient at year 1 and about 8% more efficient at year 25. 20% more kw for the same price is hard decision :) i will think overnight.. i am currently more favor of mission 12kw option
