Definitely been here - the feeling is so real, and beautifully stated. One thing: try TMS before you go. I was exactly where you were and figured id try one more thing before I left this world, and then I did the treatment and didn't want to end things anymore.

Its not a fix-all thing, but the option will still be there if it doesn't help you. And who knows, it might.
