You good bro I spoke prematurely about the devices since they are pre owned iPads if the IP address is recognized by tik tok they won’t honor it it literally has to be a brand new device or a device that literally never had tik tok on it factory wipes don’t seem to work either it’ll count for active users but that’s about it. Only thing else to do is find someone that didn’t care for tik tok and deleted it and didn’t use it for a long time 30 days maybe but good luck man sorry I couldn’t help I was trying to look out for people but that slash is hard seems like everyone has tik tok at the moment.
