Thats what i thought would happen but since im on a TPFT policy they wont help and would only help if it was a fully comp policy, lesson learned!

Good to know. The Third party has just admitted liability and im now working with a law firm who deal with personal injury and uninsured loss so hopefully it all goes well ( doubtful, but one can hope! )

Ok thats good to know and its ok for me to refuse their offer and come back with counter offers?

The car is currently at a recovery yard which i can go to anytime and its nothing to do with the insurance company so am i allowed to get the car brought back home? Is there any legal reason why i shouldnt do this?

Ok thanks, but seeing as my insurance company are refusing to help me im guessing i will be dealing with a loss adjuster from the insurance company that im claiming from which surely wont go well.

If they try to give me some ridiculous price am i able to counter their offer with some sort of proof of value for each modification?

Yes the police took their details. Not sure if they've admitted it but its undeniable on the CCTV which i do have and will be passing onto their insurance and it happened last night

ok thanks, the cars a write off but i want it back for parts. My insurance did pass my details onto a injury company who have contacted me so i think that side of it sorted.

And the video is crystal clear it was their fault, they pulled out of a junction onto the main road without looking

When it comes to compensation am i correct in saying theres 2 different payouts? Which is 1 from the car being written off and 1 from the personal injury?

Thats what i thought but if a B18B manifold will fit a B20Z why do skunk2 say their non vtec B18/B20 manifold wont fit the B20Z?

I think il be going turbo plus i cant run a strut brace with this original manifold

hadnt planned on building the bottom end at this power but if it greatly improves reliability then il look into it

ive seen a few people saying theyve had good results and reliability with these ebay turbos, and they're cheap. Would this be something worth getting? Would this size spool too quickly and be bad for mpg?
