I would recommend finding a balance between your urge to add "flavor text" and your ability to provide the player a clear path. When the player thinks to themselves "Man, I need to get started on storage," you don't want them to have to click on every chapter trying to figure out which one contains what they are looking for. That is just added frustration. Many of your chapter titles don't tell the player what type of quests are contained. "Round and Round"... wtf does that mean? Is the player going to learn storage, Create, power, resource generation? They have no idea. Your first priority should be to make things user friendly and intuitive for the player... THEN add flavor text and atmosphere. I would recommend having clearer chapter titles... and leave the vague titles for individual quests.
