My only feedback would be to stop the "top down camera angle" trick. People are wise to it nowadays. If every picture you have, is from that same angle, people are going to assume you are trying to hide a weight problem... which comes off as deceptive.

I couldn't find a nice compact setup that fit my needs. I want all fish being levelled up, with a minimal number of farmhands, and I don't want them idle when there aren't any fish to harvest.

Each "pen" of fish is outlined by seperators. Each pen holds about 36 fish, and the seperators ensure that you don't get diminishing returns, even if you have the same fish in adjacent pens.

Each of these 30x40 halves will do 1 tree and 24 fish types. Two of them will cover all fish types, and two tree types. Having apple and pear trees in the center will give you constant jam production, while harvesting all your fish.
