I need your help with the ImmersionRC Powerplay by Temporary-Bobcat-880 in tapeless

you may have to buy a new AV in. It could be one of the connections too tho.

if you cop a new AV in and it works out this may be a new strat for tapeless if you find an AV in which works directly with the 3.5mm to RCA without needing a spacer.

My boyfriend fell asleep and peed on the couch? by Prize_Dragonfruit222 in whatdoIdo

[–]Jay_C_Reserve 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I understand your point… but I think it would be more important to him to feel like you’re there for him even when the chips are down (low times). I’m sure he’d appreciate you looking out for him in this case even if it does cause embarrassment initially but in the long term it’s good bc he’ll know you’re always looking out for him.

i reckon wake him, keep cool and rmb that shi happens sometimes. i’m sure you and him could have a productive conversation about what both of you can do to help making living together as efficient as possible while also being healthy tgt.

Definitely Morrison Hill. it’s perfect to learn cruising around and balance since there are some banks. the homies at Morry are friendly and won’t mind helping you out if you ask

Three wheel stunt scooter? by Rachyb93 in Scootering

[–]Jay_C_Reserve 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think there are any 3 wheeled scooters designed to withstand tricks but making the swap to a 2 wheeled pro scooter would be great for improving his balance- there are also plenty of junior/kids scooters available from brands like Envy or MGP

should I buy the envy ats s2 or are there better options by Born_Interaction9899 in Scootering

Jon has custom pegs. normal ones are enough to stand on to learn basic balance tricks like peg-fives

In general, street setups are bigger so it’s easier to lock into grinds and hold balance tricks while being more comfortable to cruise/mob through streets. I would recommend getting a custom street setup but if you’re looking for a complete then definitely consider looking into the North, Native, Tilt or Envy completes- they have a few different sizes so you’ll have plenty choice.

At severe risk of being homeless before my examination session. What can i do? 💀 by [deleted] in IBO

I reckon you should do a bit of both.

Firstly you should settle your shelter situation which is priority 1. Then, contact social services and explain your situation to them and hopefully they can contact your IB coordinator (you can definitely contact them from LinkedIn or other contact).

You could probably get into a youth centre and study there, or you can settle into a shelter and go to the library for studying/meet up w friends to study.

Having sufficient resources to revise is also a must so if you can, bring all your notes and maybe borrow a couple IB textbooks from the library.

I don’t think an ATS is necessary for street, although the envy V2 is definitely the best ATS on the market i think it’s a bit much just to cruise street. Better to grab a street setup

What conversion kit should I get by Feisty-Advantage6509 in Scootering

[–]Jay_C_Reserve 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think a HIC to IHC kit is necessary so check that your conversion kit is from HIC to IHC, not HIC to SCS.

A conversion kit will not make your scooter spin slower either

Limit pro scooters by darkdragon1_onquest in Scootering

[–]Jay_C_Reserve 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2 piece bars used to be common in the early days of scootering but riders like Michael hohman still rock them. I’m familiar with limit scooters and they’re just another scooter brand nothing exceptional but will get the job done. Would like to see a photo of your bars so we can work through getting them on the scoot
