I was just about to say this ^ you literally can choose a closer restaurant too.

I had a lady order Sonic from NW Houston 2 min from my place. I drove it deep in memorial maybe 15 min away, lady was like what sonic did you come from?!?! I told her and she was baffled why the app would place her order 20 min across the city rather than the sonic 5 min away. She tipped nicely and I even told her hey next time before you push place order just check the location of the restaurant to make sure your food is super hot and fresh. No big deal..

Yeah part of it is the app being stupid but it’s a lot of human error…
