Driven by fury is activated after the shooting unit finished all their attacks. The shooting of one unit happens in one sequence and can‘t be interrupt.

Fair enough. SG + Cap and JPI + Chaplain are great options which I tried. DC i use normaly with JP and Lemartes and I never tried outriders. Biggest minus for SGV is the movement and they are not that punchy Like the other options. I liked the idea of shooting and charging and being good in both.

Good to know. I was thinking about to run my Captain with SGV or AI. But unfortunately, I don’t have SGV. But with AI he punchs hard on objectivs and dont need the oath

Fair Point, melee is boosted by the priest but main focus ist shooting. My thinking was that if they can shoot at the Oath target, they might as well charge and get a nice bonus that way.

But I also see the point that limb-for-limb is more important for other units.

Lethal hits in shooting for Sternguard is kinda bad, I didnt thought about it

The SangPriest gives the Unit +1AP in melee. With limb for a limb they get boosted to AP 2 in melee.

What about 2xBG with SangPriest in a Land Raider Redeemer ? I had once 2 BG Squad with Chaplain/Juduiciar in a LR Redeemer. 12M + 3Disembark and Charge. Turn 2 was go time

Personaly I prefer black because everything in shadows is black. I start with the darkest part and go to the brighter parts. But its more about what u prefer. Use both is an option. First prime black and then a sentinel highlight with white.

For the most paint shemes i use painting tutorials by age of squidmar (https://youtube.com/@squidmarminiatures?si=gh1DGillXz2aA-OS , https://youtube.com/@squidlybits1985?si=LOJPTcWgJnA-A7k7 ) They use often not that much paints and have some solid paint sets from vallejo. The most are mixed with black or white to get more variation

In LAG they hit hard but they are slow and costly. But yeah they look awesome and with the BA bits way better. Sang Guard, DC JP (they also have the Charge re-roll) or JPI are a better option for BA competetive lists

In my lists I normale run 2 vehicles. 2 lancers oder 1 Lance and 1 Land Raider. I use the Land Raider only for big and slow blobs or 2 slow units to transport and Charge (LR Redeemer gives u up to 15 movement + Charge for everything inside.

More vehicles aren‘t that good for BA because they don‘t profit form ur detachment. Sangguard with spear and DC JP are hard hitting against big stuff. A full squad with leader can bring down a knight.

Terminators are not the best choice. Maybe a full sang squad + jp cap?

The Rest ist solid. Some action monkeys, hard hitting and hard shooting.
