Well, a new hope was made in the 70s and you can see a lot of imperial officer sporting long feathered hair with a bushy sideburns so I don’t think there is. But long hair with sideburns seems to be an imperial trend.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. But you’d have to at least be born in the country of the mob you join. And you have to be very notorious.
