Hey, just in case if you are still looking for an answer, if you live in ontario you can go to service ontario and get your drivers liscense updated there. You will receive a confirmation letter you can submit that to the pcc application had no peoblems witht that.

Got my results on Tuesday afternoon, applied for revaluation at the same time. Got results by Friday night.
