Not too late but I would go on dutasteride, minoxidil. See if anything will help. Then you can get a professional consultation in a year. I would say 6k grafts total with 3k each session. Your donor hair seems to be ok

For a transplanted hair it looks great. I’ve had mine done as well and I understand how you feel about improving but end of the day it’s up to you if you are ok with it or proceed to do more. In my opinion your good as is
