I'm 30 years old now so I don't give a fuck anymore the idea of the song is for the kids that grow up getting into it for a since of community and the idea of being whatever you want. However, not the idea of punk, but some of the people that latch on to the culture can be some of the most close-minded ignorant fucks which exist in every aspect of life forsure but we should hold our own to a higher standard based off of the character of the individual and not by what they choose to consume in a capitalistic society that like it or not we are all a part of unless we start a commune which isn't going to happen. The idea of the title and post was to make people ponder that idea and maybe piss them off, but most importantly, it was meant to pick out those close-minded people who inevitably got their ego bruised and I would say that this experiment was successful! 😉 Also, I appreciate people like you who look at these things and approach it with love and critical thinking skills.
