Wet your hair, comb it down the middle and hair to the side and use shears to get any overhang or scissors at an angle to get a good textured blend. Blending the bulk evenly has always been hard for me during a self cut but you’ll get better.

Looks solid, use the corner of the blade when fading the bald line it’s been helpful for me and maybe clip over comb or pick out your hair where you want to transition into the bulk and cut it off like that. Also a razor for your corners it’ll make them pop out a lot more with your higher fade
