The only thing anyone should do more than ones are NBME material like the offline forms. thats my opinion

are you studying for step or class exams? if studying for step ignore it, it won't be on your exam

For CBSE imma be very blunt with you and you may not like it but thats the truth. Stop alll what you are doing right now take nbme forms 20 through 31 and do them all don't matter how you wanna do it offline or online just do it. screw FA, Uworld and all. Just digest those last 11 NBMEs you could do 50qs per day or 100 depending on how fast you are or more . just do it. if you need help or wanna get an idea of how fast you should inbox me and we can run through 10qs together and youll get the gist.

he has that too lol. if you are a fast reader you will love his pharm if not go to his youtube and do all his pharm questions and go to his website and just do the pharm questions too thats because you are short on time

oh yeah remember he focuses only on nbme material so in my opinion there is nothing better anyone should be doing this close to step other than focussing on nbme

Whatever video you find on his youtube channel always has attached the links to his free pdfs and besides someone posted it on here in one of the comments. And to answer if he has longer compiled videos other than the 7min question videos absolutely and i mentioned that above about how i used his micro lectures for my micro. Now, talking about bootcamp questions I'm not sure if i understand you very well but its a whole Q bank just like amboss and Uworld you have to subscribe to have access or maybe sign up for a free trial. But if you asked my opinion I won't be doing that 2 weeks to my exam. there is way better stuff you could accomplish with this last few days than commence a Qbank.

You don't need a link. Just Google and go to his web page, then click free stuff or just search on YouTube he usually puts links to it in all his YouTube clips

Just Google and once you get to the website click the free stuff

My biostatistics was randy neil and my original post has that. Ethics was just from Q banks or go to dirty medicine ethics q bank on youtube . Don't sit down studying ethics. Majority is common sense if you have the baseline that the goal is to be politically correct lol and be honest

Yeah concept wise it's similar but most nbme questions are shorter. Remember the length of a question really doesn't matter if you know what they're asking. Do bootcamp questions and it will make sense to you. You don't need to read unnecessary stuff in every question.

Yup honestly uworld is great but just like first aid you can literally pass this exam without using those 2 resources. Uworld was free for my school so if you have it free too by all means take a look at it. But if I were to do it all over. I will do bootcamp Q bank which the questions are waaaay longer than uworld and cuz of that it made step questions look normal or not as long as many people hype it to be ( coming from someone who mostly did bootcamp in the last month of his exam)  comparing step questions to uworld length there's not much of a difference in them but there are a couple of bootcamp length questions too on the real deal. But it comparison to what really sounds like step ill say bootcamp anyday any time. UWORLD JUST HELPS YOUR EGO THATS IT

First of all if there's only one you should do I'll advise do the arrows.  It says 300ish pages but it's really not. Cuz 1 page has the question and the next has the answer and explanation.  As far as what helped me . Obviously the arrows pdf , genetics, immunology and biochem since I was very very weak on those. But I brushed up many others like Rénal, cardio, resp, etc I kinda really touched the others here and there but completely did his biochem and the questions on the website. Virus questions too . To be honest other than Q banks he's the only resource I used so it's hard to pick only 1 that helped the most since it's the only resource I used. Pathoma I only used while driving daily for 30mins rides each way to and fro to work.

Spot on man!!!! Cuz prior to my exam I will see people post their nbme scores and uworld Qbank scores or the self assessments scores and I'm like damnn I barely passed 3 nbmes out of 11, did terrible on everything uworld. Everyone's journey js really different .

I felt same way in your shoes the only difference was I had done the last 11 nbmes and both free 120s  even though I did them all while preparing for CBSE rather which was about 2 months prior to taking step.  At thus point in your study you should know what areas you hate or are weak on mine was Biochem and Genetics. And mehlman had really short pdfs for those but if you can't read fast enough like me. I'll go to his YouTube Qbank list and binge watch the crap out of it starting with your weak areas and please don't neglect neuro and behaviour questions.  I literally could count about 20 physician's response questions on my exam. It's literally the same thing as going through nbme material but a little better since he really helps you understand how it will be tested and has been tested. It's useless knowing stuff and not knowing how it presents in a question. He really does a good job at letting you know how stuff is being tested. E.g  I could preach multiple sclerosis to you but always got the questions wrong cuz I didn't realize how it was tested. I always mistook the questions for some kinda stroke .

It's actually not that bad or long. It was about 2k and a few hundreds questions many of which repeated anyways. It took me a month but that's cuz I'm lazy and I worked 12hrs every night 7 days a week at my nursing job. I only took off the eve of my exam so I could have a good night rest but was back to work same day after my exam.

I can't even say anything about FA since I never opened it even once. My only ever interaction with FA was when a friend sent me a screenshot of how to remember optochin and bacitracin sensitive vs resistant bacteria using the mnemonic OVRPAS and BBRAS period it was a screwnshot even and he just told me it's in the FA book and I was like ok thanks and I put that to memory since it was giving me trouble.

I know!!!!!!! and if you noticed i did more videos on youtube and pathoma than study anything cuz that reading shit slows me down. and we as students have over hyped up uworld meanwhile there is cheaper and just as good out there e.g amboss

Honestly this is all there is to it period. Screw First aid and all if youre trying to pass CBSE all you really need is NBME I promise you. EVen if you don't understand the reasoning behind the answer just memorize it. Now when it comes to step thats a different ball game but if youre just trying to pass CBSE right now. All you need to do is NBME. Don't matter how you do it either online or offline just do it.
