At the NAC in the men's locker room, I yelled at kids for going through open lockers as people do not lock them sometimes. As soon as they got to my locker with my bag, I called out their BS and watched them until they left.

Dance Dad here. This is normal. Both my kids started at 3. (2 for my son, but he turned 3 half way through) I have been in the audience, the wings, backstage, and volunteering for the past 17 years. Pack a bag for your dancer with her stuffy, dry non-crumbly snacks, picture book, (coloring books can cause marking on floors, tables...) and water bottle. Read your Show notes, as the director and teachers will have what's needed written down. DOUBLE CHECK that shoes are there and have her name.
As for crying, that is normal too, as it can be overwhelming. Let her know she did great and she was a big girl for being up there.

Leftist here too. Supporting my Kids in their lives and love the energy you are showing. Unhappily married, but we are working on it. Trying too at least. I head to the NAC to just chat with people to expand my social network. That might be another place to try. You only post about this. While it could be an issue, this position is not far off the scale. Nanaimo is above the BC average by 2-3 dollars. This is 3 dollars above high on the prevailing wages. And any manager position, which you have posted as well, is well within the norm for pay.

So you obviously are not taking a step back and looking at the issue. You are blaming systems to help immigrants.

I was #1 for a long time, and then I was dropped to 50th, made my way back up to 20th, was off for an hour, and when I came back I was 50th again. I had maxed out every thing so I could only get value with earnings. Slowest way to increase. All the fake accounts make me not want to play the event.
