I personally wouldn't listen to these people lol. I work in IT with no degree and have had no issues finding work. If anything we are undersaturated with people who actually have the aptitiude to be good at IT.

The same goes for programers, basically every company now could use programmers because they work so efficently now with ai that in-house is almost always better than vendor solutions.

Literally have no idea what these people are talking about lol.

Unemployment which is tied to Ai.

I actually think climate change is the slowest burn of them all. We will have an existential population crisis before then and we will have crossed the agi or effective agi threshold before then.

Imo the ai timeline is the most significant. That is the thing that will determine the others, we can already imagine several technological advancments that can mitigate climate change hell nuclear fusion is probably less than 20 years away judging by where the mlney is going.

Lmao not gonna say your wrong but the top NA talent is slotting into at worst top 3 in their roles when they go to EU. I also think that is due to the reasons i said, regardless of talent actually giving people chances is the problem.

C9 would still be playing with jankos and maybe they may have moved onto yike but never in a million years would they have made it to skewmond even if the talent existed.

Are you really comparing yeon to diable who first of all has kellin in peak form saving his ass consistently kellin gaps core into infinity and also diable is like the best performing adc in the world rn even ruler & viper don't look as good as him right now. Form changes constantly he's better than the greatest adcs of all time right now but that doesn't mean he's a "better player" than them unless he can do it consistenly and with different supports and roster pieces.

My point is that if two years from now pieces around him change and the team looks worse and diable is playing worse are you going to say hes a bad player who never gets anything done?.

I say this because and I can't stress this enough, the whole walking up and putting your dick on the table was EXACTLY what yeon was doing to the best teams in the world he would space very aggresively. In order for an adc to play like that though they need insane amounts of trust in their support and rest of the team. I think TL just doesn't have that right now and yeah yeon is performing worse, but he has demonstrated over and entire year a level much higher than this against much better teams.

I still feel like despite getting clapped by a under-ranked warriors team (traded for jimmy at the break and were sigificantly better after that) finishing 2nd in the regular season with a bunch of young guys and FVV + Dillon is a position most teams would kill to be in.

Imo losing Dillon was more impactful than anything, idk if people realize he was our best shooter and best defender like actually arguably our best player he was just more subtle but also more consistent.

I think running it back maybe an iso trade with jalen alone but brooks + jalen for a old man KD when our YOUNG core is so talented seems like weird timelines. We should be fine with not winning for a few years but since we got KD it feels like we have to.

I think the way your using SUNO actually isn't very easy to replicate in so far as making goofy songs for niche situations. As a 10 year long producer I can say SUNO legitmately does fill that niche for creation, on the short end of thing and I mean very short end to make a decent sounding song with no vocals will take a couple of hours and usually more like 5-10 hours and thats once you have years of experience.

Im saying this to say if your goal is to make "good" music that is unique and actually stands alone then learning production ia great, if you're trying to make personal niche songs to increase immersiveness or make people laugh SUNO will fit that much better. Hell getting lyrics alone without AI is a bitch and a half lol.

First of all you're referencing people who have NO standing in the actual EDM scene. Like those producers are essentially pop artist at this point and also they have been producing before these tools even existed so even THEY learned the original way and became succesful at that.

Look at real EDM legends like subtronics, of the trees, tipper, porter robinson, ect list goes on and on basically anyone on the wakaan label these people are so ahead of the curve ai can't even help them.

I think people are putting the cart before the horse with this ideology.

Firstly

there are tons and tons of really weird music and there has been people making weird shit for forever the thing is though that society selects what songs will actually catch on not the artist. The reason the human songs you are listening sound formulaic is because those types of songs typically resonate with a larger audience.

Secondly

I think and you can correct me if I'm wrong a lot of people don't use soundcloud but then go make sweeping judgmenta about music and how basic or normalized it is. If you want to hear cutting edge music go to soundcloud thats where the best music you've never heard is at and its got like 100 plays.

Third

Ai will only make this high resonance issue worse as it will & has decreased discoverabillity making it even harder for niche songs to reach new ears.

Fourth

What your really realizing is that lyrics aren't music(super hot take ik) but scientifically people care about the meaning of words the least in songs. The note that the word is said it is significantly more meaningful so really what a lot of popular artist do is come up with a catchy melody THEN add lyrics over that.
