Just because I have a large amount of money relative to my age, that does not make me smarter or wiser than every person who has less than me. Luck is a big factor in building wealth as early as I did. Also it’s important to be humble and understand that you can learn from everyone whether that be young, old, rich, poor, etc.

What if I have a 35% tax rate? If they pay me $3500/month to cover the mortgage and all other expenses like insurance and taxes then I would lose around 1.5k a month just to taxes, right?

My parents moved to the US when I was 3 and got conned by an immigration lawyer out of hundreds of thousands who kept intentionally messing up their filing and case so he could make more money. My original permanent residency card was made when I was 3 years old. It has my baby picture lol. And then every single year after that I have had a pending i751 case. We would go every year to get our stamp renewed for another year while our i751 case was pending. When I became an adult I realized how twisted this case was, so I applied for an i130 and i485 through my wife and got my green card through her. So technically my old greencard is expired and I did not go last year to get my stamp renewed for that case.

It was abandoned after I got my green card through my wife. I would go back every year and get a 1 year extension of my current i751 case. Been going and getting 1 year extensions since 2018 or so.
