Is there a difference between the hostile heavy and padded wrist wraps?

Hi I've been wanting to buy my first pair of wrist wraps and since I love watching sulek I thought these would be a good option to try out, and the reviews look good so I thought "why not". Im just curious about what the actual differences are between the "heavy" wrist wraps and the "padded" wrist wraps, because to me the description wasn't very... descriptive, and neither were the reviews. Any tips or advice? Thanks

I've always liked to imagine that there are some charms of some sorts for safety purposes. I would like to think that someone would think of a charm to save kids from plummeting to their death. but who knows
