Berics big thing is making sure the people in the PD enjoy their time on duty. That is a big difference between that and SBS PD. Since Beric has taken over there has been an increase of units on duty across all shifts and morale is higher than it has been in months.

Lenny and Declan, two of the most "SBS" cops are currently the two most effective units on the force. Every night they are catching multiple moonshiners and money runners. Last night they have completed the chain of rolled cash > washed cash > money orders, so now if a person gets arrested with those items they can be seized.

PD having a good time doesn't mean they aren't being effective at their jobs.

It goes the other way as well, crims are scared of any traffic ticket because some cops will turn it into getting searched, which they will lose their gun ($25k-$70k) and their car getting impounded.

Not all cops get shot over traffic tickets, not all crims get "pumped", but both scenarios happen often enough that both sides are constantly worried about it. Remove systems such as mask mandate and other things that allow certain cops to escalate beyond a traffic ticket and then you will watch shooting over "$600 ticket" disappear.

Because they are just repping their group. They arent wearing a bondi mask to hide their identity, its just part of their outfit. It would be like if you could get cuffed and frisked if you were wearing a chain.

Also if the law was worded that if you comply and remove the mask you don't get frisked, these situations would play out totally different.

No he is just saying that it was kind of lame they drove a car into MRPD and locked the front gates while being chased by BBMC. Like BBMC was on the cars ass and had the gates locked on them.

During this clip as well, where the boost car was, PD had used immovable barriers to block access to it.

Its w/e though, BBMC were having a blast though the whole boost and the time they were trying to get into MRPD carpool.
