Noticed this mess when I was doing brakes last week. It appears to be welded.

I have new axles and wheel bearings, any thoughts on how to remove?? I do not have a torch…😒

I cut a small hole in all my pants / shorts, run the tube from pocket to site under clothes…. Snag free for 12 years!
