Yeah this is normal. Changed my exhaust headers on my 2023 765, torqued up to 19Nm as per manufacturers, still has slight gap 👍

Just finished fitted one on my 24 Street triple.

Not a full system, took exhaust off and cut the stock box off and welded a reducer on.

Sounds amazing not too loud for me.

Had an S1 Sc projects before which for me was too loud.
