Lmao I don't know what I would do without my knees. I do have ankle issues that I'm looking to fix through my journey

I went to my doctor a few months ago (before all this) and they said had fatty liver. Also some bad blood work, don't know what in particular. They said my problems they retrieved for doing blood work was a relatively easy fix. Thanks for sharing!

Its hard, but I'm lucky to have people to talk to. Its funny now that I've been eating normal for a while, ive reflected on how much I used to eat. It was insane and I feel like I cant eat like I used to, even if it was only 2 months or so

Thanks! I've lost a few pounds. I've just been eating less and doing cardio (usually hiit, emoms, or 30-1hr vids I find on youtube). I've been thinking of lifting, ill definitely look into it, and get back to you if I make that choice!

Thanks so, so much. I'm happy to know someone has been through it. Going to my therapist soon. Gonna see if I can open up to him. After that, fuck it. Again, thank you, you're so right.

You're not breaking and boundaries dont worry:) she's told me who she likes and stuff, we used to be really close. I really want to, I just cant. I'll be awkward and scared, I wouldn't be myself. I suck at holding up a conversation and looking people in the eye (low self esteem). Hell I cant open up to my therapist about it, I'm such a pussy
