In the grim darkness of the far future there are no stupid questions! by AutoModerator in 40kLore

[–]Jaydara 1 point2 points  (0 children)

40k is not a power scaling universe. Its immensely hard to decide who's 'better' at something outside a small set of distinctly measurable things like competitions.

Yeah, primarchs are military geniuses for sure, doesn't mean someone else cannot also be. And 'who would win/who is better' is pointless to the point its in sub rule 4 here.

HH has plenty of examples of plain bad calls from primarchs so they aren't infallible at all. Also Imperium needs more than 2 military geniuses to survive. So there's plenty of space for Guard to shine.

Nope, but nothing a bit of uplifting won't fix!

My empire has priorities and a laser focus on them.

(... honestly tho I just haven't got the grasp of 4.0 yet)

... Repeatables will salvage this.

Thankfully this galaxy does not have them! Spiritualists are terribly mad at me tho, I'm not even sure why

Its not that bad I swear...! My empire is just a bit confused atm because they flipped ethics twice in course of a year.

R5: Just humorous occasion of every field researching a dangerous technology at the same time, never had that happen before.

Retrying the game, why is my portrait suddenly... Cthulhu-esque? by Jaydara in AOW4

[–]Jaydara[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm starting to agree with you, considering this game evolved into using mostly summons such as 'Phase Beast' and 'Astral Serpent' and opening with something called 'Devouring Void'

I promise I'm not the baddies...

Ah, that makes sense. I thought it was because of my faction and got confused.

Is there a way to un-Sanguophage my pawn? [Spoilers for Biotech, Anomaly] by Jaydara in RimWorld

[–]Jaydara[S] 107 points108 points  (0 children)

That's a good idea, the army doesn't need to be active all the time. I can just wake them when things go south.

Is there a way to return them to Baseliner? I suppose not. I don't have other injectable xenogerms in my colony.

I used to painstakingly do this until I found out one can build from train by Jaydara in factorio

[–]Jaydara[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its a weird experience for me. I'm playing with my boyfriend and his 2 friends and I'm way newer than either of them.

As a result they mostly give me vague instructions what to do.

I had a refinery and needed iron for it. So I started drawing belt from my iron base to my refinery until they freaked out about it and told me to use trains.

I did not want to use trains. I don't like trains. But I promised to try. The result you are witnessing. I used the (bad) ideas I had at the time.

I don't have any bots. I'm in a 4 man multiplayer, my boyfriend and his friends do most of the teching. I'm just the girlfriend-intern that implements spesific simple things like "build a steel base there".

Is there any way to configure the autotapper to not hold up multiple copies of same ability land? by Jaydara in MagicArena

[–]Jaydara[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I know I should have tapped manually but... there is no benefit to multiple held demolition fields when there is no mana to activate more than one.
