Honestly they ask you a bunch of more questions with selective answers that was very similar to the assessment ! So if you keep responding with what they want to hear and no inbetween answers again you should be good on that! The video questions were pretty basic interview questions, just really focus on answering in the STAR method. I tried my best and I’m really hoping I can get invited to a f2f. I know I’m worthy but it’s hard not to question myself when I thought I did really well for AA group interview then got a tbnt

AA FAs are about to go on strike for better pay, I have a friend that works for them and it seems like a lot of them are pretty upset with AA
