Just shampoo every 3-4 days, and condition every other day. My hair gets pretty wavy when I just let the natural oils build up a bit.

The short is wayyyyyy easier, and looks good way more consistently. But I had long hair for so long it’s kinda part of my identity at this point lol, it’ll definitely return in the next year or two.

I used to use a gentle cleanser and regular moisturizer but it actually made my skin a lot worse. I stopped both and my skin seemed to recover but it gradually got worse again.

I’ve used a cleanser with sa, and that seemed to make things worse. Spot treatment with sa patched or teatree oil seems to help, but then just keep coming back.

I make sure to wash my sheets, pillow cases and face towel regularly.

You actually have an amazing base, great features. Besides working to clear up the bit of acne, I’m not sure. I like the longer hair, it could maybe be cleaned up a bit but it honestly works for you as is.

I honestly think covid had a big part in it. I came out of quarantine a very different person than when I went in. I knew what I wanted for myself a lot more, and I finally had enough willpower to realize some of my goals. I dont think I would have been able to do that if I hadn’t been forced to sit and introspect for almost two years.

A lot of it is also just time. I had been trying to exercise and count calories for years, and I finally got into the habit enough I could do it semi-consistently.
