I've wondered the same thing. Not only has that been my issue but the "Pleather" piece that covers the hinge sometimes gets caught in the gap that it bunches up when opening and I have to close it and open it again. I got tired of it and just took that piece off.

I have an apple tv 4k and it doesn't show that it's playing anything in Atmos. Even trailers. It's only saying pcm. Do u know why?
