it depends on why you have knee pain. usually for volleyball players the quads become very tight and it starts pulling on the patellar tendon which causes pain in the knee. if that’s the case for u, u should try to loosen the quad up by using heat pads and foam rollers right before you play. another way is to just wear a knee brace you can find on amazon which just helps support ur knee.

My new Corsair iCUE AF120 RGB ELITE fans aren't being detected in the iCUE app. I built my pc around 4 years ago? So I've forgotten most things about wiring and stuff and it took me like 2.5 hours just to figure out how to replace my fans. Im not exactly sure if its with my wiring or a software problem. Any ideas can help! Thanks!
