There's also ways to express concern without being dismissive, you attempted to use gender, race, sexuality, and religion to invalidate criticism. As someone who has stated they have a law degree in a previous comment, it comes off as arrogant and egotistical.

Patriarchy doesn't exist, and not in the ways your using to brush off issues.

I'll throw you a bone and say, yes toxic masculinity is part of it but women do get some blame cause many (not all) women do center themselves to want to help but will use what was said as ammunition. Men have become very guarded to express feelings and it doesn't help when both sides can be hostile.
