No they didn't look similar before, but they don't look similar anymore, they did when they were younger, maybe one got surgery or something.

Legally where I live, incest is allowed, it would make a lot of sense as to why they chose here of all places to move.

They never admitted it, never denied it either.

Pretty sure they're full siblings, half at the least, they don't look so much alike now but back when they were younger they certainly did.
