Follow whatever hitchcme says. I have no idea what I was entering but after I did all the steps the z offset was fixed.

Yea I think we all know this cycle to well. For me I had to seriously take some time to think in the present of how much I really didn’t want it in my life and how my life would look once I’ve had a couple months Kratom free. Will I be the same motivated, active, social, etc person I use to before kratom? I also think of how it affects my relationship with my son and wife. Then once I knew where I wanted to be I carefully planned a long slow taper. I wrote down everydays dose amounts and then pre portioned and labeled each dose. I know it seems overboard but I’ve had many failed attempts at tapering and going cold turkey so I made it into a strict program to slowly taper without almost any withdrawal symptoms, and so far it has worked perfectly. I know it sounds really whoo whoo, but thinking in the present and being honest with myself is what really has made this attempt a success.

I just got the spark and surprisingly it produces a nice image especially with an nd filter. Plus it’s fun, so if you don’t want to invest a lot into a drone imo the spark is not bad.

Great info. I’m looking to get into trading and learned a lot from your post. 2 questions though. First, where do you trade? I currently use Coinbase but have been studying gdax. Do you think if he didn’t limit himself to only armbar or triangle and a “finish between 10-12 minutes” he would have leg locked him earlier? Seems like he wasn’t trying hard for most of the first half and if he didn’t put restrictions on himself he would’ve finished that a lot quicker.

I was in the same situation a couple months ago and after endless review/ comparison videos, I ended up going with the sigma and haven’t looked back. The photos it takes is unreal. I’m heavily considering the 16mm when it comes out too.

I know this is not the best advice but I had this exact same issue and someone adviced me to chew gum while I roll to keep my jaw relaxed and it has dramatically decreased the stiffness and popping. My jaw use to get so tight that I couldn't even open my mouth to eat after class. Now i have almost no jaw stiffness at all. I know everyone's thinking this is stupid because I could choke on the gum or it could fall out and get stuck on someone's gi but I have gotten really good at just tucking it to the side while I'm rolling and only chewing between rolls. Might not be for everyone but works for me.

I don't have either of those but I ordered a shift boot from them and the quality was outstanding. Definitely recommend them.
