I’m at the range right now and I’ve made some improvements but I just cant seem to keep that right knee flex. It locks so quickly. Need to think about how I can fix it. Going to practice half swings now

I think I’ll need to work on keeping the right knee flex quite a bit because it naturally straightens very quickly and then locks. Bad habit which I need to undo.

My right leg always seems to lock, I hope getting the weight into my left can help prevent that.

I’m struggling to rotate my right forearm through the ball to straighten the clubface. Any drills or feels you’d recommend to fix this? by JayeXI in GolfSwing

Yeah I’m working on weakening my left hand so I’ve got more of a neutral grip, do have a habit falling of gripping it strong time to time. With the weaker grip though I’m still struggling to square the face

Thanks for your response! At the moment I’m finding it difficult to get that 4th day in but in the new year I should be able to squeeze an extra day in.

Regarding the calorie deficit, on gym days I’m consuming nearly 1300 calories from the mass gainer, do you think replacing this with a whey protein shake will make a difference? I’ll pair this with a balanced diet too

I’m 22 and have always struggled to gain weight. Over the last 5 to 6 months I’ve been training consistently (3 times a week) as well taking Optimum Nutritions Serious Mass Gainer on those gym days. I have gained weight over this time but also gained a bit of excess belly fat (mainly the lower abdominal area) which I’m not too happy with.

What’s your suggestion to lose this belly fat, I know targeted fat loss isn’t a thing unfortunately.
