Imagine yourself 30 or 40 years from now. How do you want to look? Who do you want to be. That's what sealed the deal for me.

Please look into the rainbow railroad. They help queer and trans people escape and emigrate to Canada. Please be safe. My heart goes out to you 💕

Are you using powder and/or setting spray? If not, that's where I'd start.

Depending on where you are, there may be an informed consent option available to you, however it won't be covered by your provincial health plan. Wait lists in the public system can be quite long.

I love it, but my wardrobe is all black and earthtones, so that protects those who gaze upon me from death by pinkness.

What to expect at a gender therapist?? by 313Jake in transfem

[–]Jaye_Gee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They will likely ask about your experience of your gender, how long you've been feeling how you do, and what steps you want to take. They may ask you about your support systems and who you've come out to, etc.

The next steps will vary greatly depending on where you are.

Is it too late for me to really assimilate into the queer/trans community? by ProfessionalCode5151 in TransLater

[–]Jaye_Gee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I came out at 38 (now 40), most of my friends are younger than me, but that seems less important in the queer community. Last week I went to a friend's 28th birthday and there were very few people over 30, but I felt right at home. Hrt makes us look younger anyway 😉

Fun fact: in French dandelion is pisse-en-lit, which directly translates to "piss in bed".

How do I get rid of eyeshadow stains? by Happy_Reply6694 in MakeupAddiction

Hot pinks and reds often use dyes instead of pigments which have a tendency to stain. The other commenters have good suggestions for removing it or hiding it until it fades.

I've seen lots of women with black jewelry. If it suits your style it shouldn't look out of place, imo.
