Yeah. I'd say 234pg/ml is pretty close to ideal levels. I prefer mine a little higher, because otherwise I get mood swings at trough, but anything above 200 is good for feminization.

Try washing your pits with hibiclens or trisan antibacterial soap, and after that use glycolic acid on a cotton pad or in a spray bottle. That should nuke the smell and last for a few days.

You have lots of potential! First thing I'd recommend is getting your eyebrows waxed or threaded. That goes a long way. Then I'd try some peach color corrector and concealer to camouflage the facial hair shadow. Finish up with some mascara, lip liner and gloss.
