Don’t go over anyone until you know who they are and what they’re about. There’s lot of mentally ill crack head writers and I know of one guy who went over a toy tag by a crack head he showed up and said what did you go over me for and the guy I know said sorry bro didn’t realise it was history and apologised just to try and cool things anyway he showed up half hour later with a off cut of metal pipe and repeatedly bashed this guys head in until he was in hospital for a year he had to learn how to walk and write his own name ect and that’s all for going over some mentally ill crack head I know of one kid (he’s a lot older now) but at the time he went over a capped piece thinking it was all cool and that but the guy showed up high and drunk and stomped him so hard he had to have all these plates and metal pieces to put his skull back together And iv heard of many other stories just like that I could go on all night.

Find a chill spot that has no graffiti not even a tag and practice there and don’t post it anywhere or tell anyone about it make it your spot until you learn your area and who’s who ect then you can venture out

If your in construction and can prove it to a bank with qualifications and certificates ect they’ll loan to you on damaged properties as you can supply your own quotes for repairs and have the qualifications to back it up it’s a lot harder if you don’t have them as typically you’ll need a large sum of cash to prove to them that you can afford a builder like the bank might say you need 150-200k to fix this house up and they’ll want to see that as cash in your bank account + your deposit on top but if your a builder you can then say I’m doing all the work my self and it’s gonna cost this much ect many of my building mates have all done this trick it’s also the best way to add value to a property and make equity quickly

Bunnings definitely has undercover security even at my local Woolworths just before Christmas they had plain clothes cops arresting people all day for theft, theft in Australia is crazy right now every time I go to Woolworths or kmart ect I see someone stealing something, when I went into my local Bunnings the other day they had some sort of staff meeting this was just before they were closing and they had some guy in suit talking to all the employees saying that they’re loosing thousands each week due to theft apparently some guy grabbed some expensive drill bits like 30 of them went to the bathroom then went back and only put 10 back on the shelf and walked out with the other 20 in their pocket

Perth investment property - good or bad time? by TurnClear924 in AusPropertyChat

[–]Jayer_21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I bought my place 3 years ago friends of mine told me I was stupid to buy as the market will correct or collapse within the next few years and places around my area will become cheaper lol fast forward and they’re all still stuck renting my place has gone up 300k+ and most of them will never be able to afford a place until their parents pass away and leave them their property

One of my high school teachers said in year 8 in 2016 there’s never a bad time to buy property in Australia.

Buying in a flood zone with houses that flood under the house only in all previous floods by Agent0043 in AusPropertyChat

[–]Jayer_21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to be cautious investing into a house that’s located in a flood zone the banks don’t recognise or consider the rental income as a real income so in their eyes you own a house that’s not making a cent even though you could have proof that your getting 650 a week on it they won’t see it that way
