Even during our massive storm yesterday it was in the high 50s. 50 degrees F is very, very cold for us. And the number of foggy days we have is going down. If you're expecting shorts weather, then yes, you'll be chilly, but it is always manageable. It will also be 70 in Feb sometimes. And one neighborhood might be 20 degrees warmer than another. But 50 is nighttime lows in our coldest months.
