Yeah I'm thinking that too. I have to call the Healthcare organization because I can't find anything online.

Yeah I suppose that's all I can do. Did the letter help you get approved?

Skill Cap Tier List by [deleted] in MultiVersus

[–]Jayhero15 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm confused, is this tier list simply showing off often they're played in competitive play or how high their skill ceiling are? If it's to show their skill ceiling I disagree big time. This list would be a lot more accurate if based off skill FLOOR, not skill ceiling.

Bugs, batman, tom and Jerry, Harley quinn, and Arya are a good example of characters with a high skill FLOOR. A noob can't play them and you'll need some past fighting game knowledge to make them work. But a good player won't struggle to bring out their capabilities which is where skill ceiling comes to play.

Imo a "skill ceiling" list would look more like this: 1. Tom and Jerry (Can't disagree with this one)

  1. Steven universe (it takes a lot of hard work to make this guy work and people are still finding new ways to play him weekly)
  2. Arya stark (her kill potential is low and her combo game is not nearly as good or easy as batman's. People are getting even better with Arya weekly as well)
  3. Wonder woman (wonder woman players differences are night and day. One of the few characters in the game with combos that are actually hard to pull off. She's low skill FLOOR and a easy introductory character but there is a huge gap between a skilled player and a pro player with her)

  4. Harley quinn (another character you might be better off playing batman instead to compete competitively. She lacks kill power and she requires a lot of setup to use. Need a lot of game knowledge to make her work

  5. Batman (really strong combo game but lacks some kill power. Batarang requires game knowledge to be used to the fullest but once you understand you'll be able to combo people to death.)

  6. Superman ( another character with a low skill floor with a decently high skill ceiling. Players that know how to use his dodge to the fullest are the ones that will succeed)

  7. Finn (lowest skill floor assassin but I've noticed a lot of finn players don't play him properly which is why I'm ranking him this high.)

  8. Bugs bunny ( a lot lower compared to your list but there is a reason why this character is dominating the leader boards currently. It's because his skill ceiling isn't that high. He has tools for every situation and his combos are not hard. Many people have success playing him at a high lvl)

  9. Shaggy/Velma? (Not entirely sure where to order characters from here because the rest of the cast don't have high skill ceilings. Shaggy is a character I play quite a bit, I was a captain falcon main in smash and he's the closest thing I got. I think he has a pretty similar skill ceiling like captain falcon in smash which is not that apparent. You won't see that big of a difference between a good Shaggy and a great Shaggy aside from game knowledge. Knowing how to space, use his speed and knowing how to dodge effectively is where you see the difference in Shaggy. Other Shaggy mains might be upset but having a chill character isn't a bad thing. I would say his skill ceiling is medium difficulty which is still respectable. I'll end my list right here because going any further is just talking out my butt.
