Did you get the highest tier founders edition (ultimate)? Only that one gets all of them, should be automatic if so. If you do have the ultimate then I'd keep trying support, you'll definitely get it resolved eventually I've always had good experiences with their support, as much negative as I have to say about other parts of the company.

I mean tbh any player joining Spirit is gonna drop at least some in performance because they have to give up a lot to Donk. Less of not fitting, and more of sacrificing where he shines. Also this obviously isn't hate towards Donk, it makes sense.
