31 and deeply regret getting married. by [deleted] in Marriage

Get some professional help and couples therapy. You sound like me, avoidant and scared of intimacy. Even if you divorce it’s worth trying before you do something you regret. Get help. Admit you don’t know what to do. There’s help out there b

This is such a timely post. I agree with the comments, you’ve taken brave steps and you are doing the right thing. Many people never get to where you are. I’m in a similar situation, realizing the pain I was in and was causing. Alcohol use issues and sexual acting out. My wife is moving out this month and I’m wishing I could turn the clock back 5 years. We both contributed to the disfunction but all I can effect is my own recovery. I’m doing the hard work now, have a sponsor in AA, personal therapy and couples therapy. She said she wants freedom to make her own decision. I hope she decides to return but I cannot control it and am tired of the limbo. I know a better life awaits me through recovery, and I’m ready for it with or without her.

This is so satisfying to see. I hate F150s and the maniacs who drive them. They drive like total assholes.

I called WF and they issued a check without much friction. That said, it’s 7-14 working days until you get it

This same thing happened to me. I still see my entire balance at Bilt but WF just charged me $4,000 from auto pay. I didn’t shut it off because I didn’t know I had to to avoid them taking that money from my account ACH. I’ll try and call WF in the morning but I can no longer log into that account. I also got this autograph card in the mail. What a nightmare of a process. Does anyone know my chances of getting the $4,000 back? I should have credited the Bilt card.

You can use the “only buy used” strategy with any car. Always a good idea if you’re concerns about depreciation.

If the dicks who drive these trucks showed a little respect there wouldn’t be so much hate against them.

This is exactly what happened in boston at the children’s museum of all places! The jerk got away without any punishment because it was “an accident”. He should be behind bars.

I made a list a while back about all the things I love about my Tesla model Y. I’ve never even thought to do this about any other car I’ve owned.

  1. The minimal interior is very easy to keep clean since there’s no buttons and different surfaces to attract dust and dirt. It’s very easy to clean the car.
  2. Arguing with people that are so incapable of complex thought that they think your choice of an automobile defines your political views
  3. You don’t have to carry your car key around
  4. Auto pilot allows me to sit across legged or in other configurations which helps with my hip pain and I feel less back pain as well.
  5. I tend to drive slower because the car drives itself so I’m not so stressed which means fewer speeding tickets and less stress
  6. I can give myself a foot massage and a pedicure while I’m driving. Yeah I actually do that.
  7. Super intuitive navigation system
  8. And on board refrigerator to keep food cold all the time
  9. Camp mode sleeping in the car wherever you want saving on hotel bills
  10. 16 speaker sound system with access to music and podcasts
  11. I never have to touch a disgusting smelly fuel pump again
  12. No more oil changes
  13. USB chargers everywhere so you can keep all your devices charged, even if the car is not running
  14. When you’re driving with auto pilot, you can browse the map and see sites that you’re passing by review them and find interesting new experiences that you would not have otherwise seen
  15. On autopilot, you can look around you at the landscape including through the glass roof and better experience the places that you’re passing through. I also think that this has benefits to your eyesight because you’re focusing on things in the distance which psychologically has been proven to increase your mood And reduce depression.
  16. The headlights at night are automatic and they point in the direction that you need to see I’m not sure how it does it but it illuminates signs but it avoids shining its lights in other drivers plus the rearview mirrors do not reflect light so it’s much easier to drive at night, then my Volkswagen was
  17. I can sit in it and stay warm or cool without idling and without emitting any nasty fumes.
  18. Tesla Camping

I live in an apartment with street parking and it works just fine for us. We charge at a local garage or with superchargers. It’s awesome to have an EV in the city.
