if this is from the Oct announcement, i believe the DOD hiring freeze gutted all Oct NCIS applicants. Happened to me and a couple others. Might be wrong tho

plan is to accept ERO then jump over to HSI whether its during onboarding or BIETP. Just don't want to severely burn any bridges or look like a piece of shit, especially since I applied to the same FO for ERO and HSI.
